Especially if you're spending all day planting.

Strangely, most people focus on the first statement and ignore the second.

Very true. I'm focusing on the first statement because of my aches protracting my perception of time.

Rain today so I get a break. Can't do much planting until the ground dries out.

Still on the fishing trip and just letting you know I haven't keeled over yet.

Caught 5 Gulf Coast striped bass so far. Not as large as some but good enough to keep and freeze. This morning we arrived at another location that was recently stocked from the fisheries. We'll start early tomorrow.

Fishing is finished: for now. Total catch was 11 including the GC striped bass and brown trout. We cleaned and froze them on sight to bring home. The fish were so hungry yesterday we only spent approximately two hours before catching our fill. I caught 6 brown trout in that time frame. It was good timing to go there after the fishery released the latest batch of farm-raised trout.

We have a freezer full of fish: guess what the main course will be in a few weeks when we have a large family get-together.
