That wouldn’t make sense.
Jesus is a king so his mother would be the queen. The Church was never called the queen.
Besides it would make sense that she would be the one seated by Him.

Was Queen Esther the mother or wife of King Ahasuerus?

No, not on that case:
I googled the question because I had the same questions as you and it was proven to me years ago:
Yes, a queen can be the mother of a king.
When a king dies, his wife (the Queen Consort) becomes a Queen Dowager. If her son inherits the throne to become the new king, she can take the title of Queen Mother.

Psalm 45 is a royal wedding psalm and was probably used at multiple royal weddings in ancient Israel. The setting is a wedding. The queen is the bride of the king, at his right hand in the ceremony (verse 10 turns and addresses her directly). The whole testimony of Scripture reveals the connection to Christ and His bride, the church, by prophetic typology. There is no connection to Mary.

It may be correct to say that Catholic tradition applies the queen imagery in Psalm 45 to Mary. But to say that Psalm 45 predicts Mary as the Queen of Heaven claims considerably more than the passage itself establishes.

Wife: there are plenty of situations where the mother of the king would not be a queen. there are at least 15 cases in England alone. Esther was the only one called queen, even though there were plenty of other concubines, and Solomon and David come to mind. You can also have a king without a queen. The firstborn or chosen prince usually inherits the title of King when their father either dies or hands over his kingdom to his son, which would have seemed to be the analogy with God handing over all things to his Son.

Generally though, when a king first marries, his wife becomes the queen.

Was Mary married to a king? - No
Was Mary the Queen Consort? - No
Did she therefore become Queen Dowager? - No

So... how again does a woman become Queen by giving birth to a King? Oh, that's right - she doesn't.

Considering what Jeremiah wrote about the queen of heaven, I think it's next thing to blasphemy to say that the mother of Jesus was/is the queen of heaven.
