Yep. It’s a way to convert and force the rest of us to comply with Islam.

So the law is to prevent Islamic law in the future?Valerie wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 7:40 am Another article. I know the direction Islam is compelled to take the world, heard it from their own mouths. I do not blame a governor for saying “not in my state will you push this”

Re: Biblical case for economics or government style
If enough of s population is in favor, they can overturn this recent law or elect politicians who will.

correct. there is no little effort being made to control elections, by every means possible, there are several means possible.ohio jones wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 7:56 amIf enough of s population is in favor, they can overturn this recent law or elect politicians who will.
including tampering with populations.
this is a problem i have with organized politics.
the purpose is to thwart majorities for both control of laws+governments AND access to the public treasury.
i just don’t see this as in the spirit of the founders, or in scriptures.
it’s definitely in the spirit of fallible human reasoning along with schools of human crafted law.
i just heard yesterday, “Rules for Radicals” is an infamous book written by an atheist, who dedicated it to satan. (true?)
i haven’t read the book, i’ve heard it referenced over decades. Chicago-centric.
it’s hard to keep up with all the pitfalls. or, to avoid them.

i’m perfectly comfortable with an older, wiser, more docile Trump.

Dr Taylor Marshall describes some history of “Rules for Radicals”. Unpleasant.

And apparently, American "Christians" believe their law is superior and that killing Iranians, "honorable" killings in war and killing anyone who gets in the way of their global ambitions is allowed.

Wow that’s a heck of a leap into generalized assumptions. We’re talking about a state law within the USA jurisdiction and not warfare that has other causes on foreign soil.ken_sylvania wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 12:31 pm And apparently, American "Christians" believe their law is superior and that killing Iranians, "honorable" killings in war and killing anyone who gets in the way of their global ambitions is allowed.

It is a generalization but not that big. The President who speaks casually about killing civilians in Iran controls the party in majority control in all branches of Government and has twice won election. His majority party could easily stop the war if only a few senators and representatives would break with him. It fair to say this war, the style of the war, the department carrying it out and the cabinet have little reserve about killing Iranian civilians.JohnL wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 3:23 pmWow that’s a heck of a leap into generalized assumptions. … there has been great restraint to prevent civilian bloodshed at the cost of military objectives. I think that’s a pretty unfair accusation.barnhart wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 4:02 pmIt is a generalization but not that big.
