His message to the unborn: Come here to die.
Possibly, if the unborn are allowed personhood rights, that could slow executions of the utterly innocent.
All along, people have traveled across state or national boundaries to get various goods+services.
i don’t see a big difference here. UNLESS media CHOOSES to make something of it. In that case, the sky is the limit.

Now, maybe a few other past court decisions should be binned as well. This one wasn’t the only ridiculous legislation that came from the courts.
Clarence Thomas, concurring: "in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell."
Reconsider Griswold??? Has Amy Coney Barret convinced Clarence Thomas to return to his Catholic roots?
One need not be Catholic to see that a ‘a right to privacy’ rooted in “penumbras and emanations” is legal argle bargle nonsense and ought to be brought down.
More to the point, it’s my understanding that Thomas has been the only conservative justice that has used Natural Law as his legal lens, as opposed to originalism or textualism, and thus he’s been more keen to rolling back substantive due process than have the other conservative justices.
i’m in a bit of a shock about today’s ruling.
waiting to see what the immediate damages might be, including possible violence.
then interested in legal responses, and everyday life responses in the public arena.
i’m reminded of the 2016 election, when Trump won. unexpected. numb. not knowing.
i know some have been anticipating these other cases all along. i haven’t. i’m more wait+see.
in my life, i’ve seen very unexpected changes, often for the worse. occasionally for positives.
