we both know he’s exaggerating to make a point, so why not target specifically what he saying rather than make it sound as if you don’t believe it to be true that there’s fetal cells used.Judas Maccabeus wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2026 10:13 pmYou keep saying this as if it was fact. Re: Measels outbreak in Lancaster County
How far removed from an immoral action does one have to be for it to be ethically acceptable to benefit from that action? No common vaccines in the US are manufactured using aborted fetal cells or cell lines from the original aborted fetus.. Many vaccines and and other medications are tested on the cell lines. None of these cells would be original to the aborted fetus but they continue to grow these cell lines for this purpose.
Is it ok for us to benefit from land that became “ours” through the immoral actions of war? Is there a significant difference?

These questions are important, and I'm willing to give people leeway to abide by their conscience on such matters. I didn't choose to take land from somebody else. Ownership of the land was not as clear-cut a thing in times past as it is today. Vaccines that are associated with the use of cultures or cell lines that derived from fetal tissue from an aborted human baby are not the same thing as harvesting babies for vaccines.AnthonyMartin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 8:25 am How far removed from an immoral action does one have to be for it to be ethically acceptable to benefit from that action? I don't know what the acceptable distance is from historical unethical actions that I had no control over. I am content to live on property that I purchased. I am OK with using the MMR vaccine. I understand that others are not content with those positions. I don't condemn them because of this. Ethical matters are not always clear-cut or easy.

For being so big on factual data you’re presenting some very misleading falsehoods.AnthonyMartin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 8:25 amNo common vaccines in the US are manufactured using aborted fetal cells or cell lines from the original aborted fetus.. Just look at the CDC pink book and it lists the fetal cells in several vaccines.
If you’re unable to look up it, you can certainly look into the vaccine posts and abortion arguments here where I have directly cited all the relevant information.

Which common vaccines contain these? I’m certainly open to correction.Soloist wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 9:10 amFor being so big on factual data you’re presenting some very misleading falsehoods.AnthonyMartin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 8:25 amNo common vaccines in the US are manufactured using aborted fetal cells or cell lines from the original aborted fetus.. I didn’t say it contained. I said it’s on the ingredient list. You and I both know the virus burst the cell none of the cells actually are in vaccines.AnthonyMartin wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 9:20 amWhich common vaccines contain these? For your reading. Some of this isn’t actually up-to-date anymore and you have to look at the actual FDA approval documents.
As I said, though, you’re welcome to look at my past posts.

First one is a quick reference guide, which is accurate if you so choose to be curious. You can look up each one of these for the FDA documents for the sourcing.

Though I am not quite in the same place, from a "practice" standpoint, I took/take the MMR, I do respect the "ethical concerns" argument. It is harder for me to accept the "they aren't safe" argument, or "they cause autism."

Thanks for the resources. I certainly didn’t intend to be misleading. How far removed would it need to be acceptable? I would understand that the cell lines are thousands of cell generations removed from the original fetus. And as you said, no actual cells, many medications are tested on the cell lines, I don’t know that it’s possible to avoid those medications unless you decline all medications ever.Soloist wrote: ↑Wed Sep 02, 2026 9:26 amI didn’t say it contained. You apparently do not know what process occurred here. Let me educate you.JohnH wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2026 10:32 pmWhat do you think fetal stem cells are? Where do you think they come from?Judas Maccabeus wrote: ↑Tue Sep 01, 2026 10:13 pmYou keep saying this as if it was fact. Now, let's see the evidence.
It’s not exactly in dispute that they’re used, how they’re used, and what they’re used for.
First of all, the cells were extracted from a DEAD baby, that was indeed dead because of an abortion. That DEAD tissue was packed on dry ice and sent on a transatlantic flight. Are you saying that a dead body is not dead. That we can remain physically alive after death? I will give you the following:
""And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"" Hebrews 9:27
Death is final. That death had already occurred. Are you trying to say that abortion does not kill? That would be what your statements seem to imply.
As immoral as the abortion was that killed that baby was, the baby was dead. The abortion that killed the baby was done for reasons other than extracting stem cells. Are you saying that that baby still lives? If so, the abortion did not kill it. It is most certainly not "live baby tissue." You are trying to imply that abortions are being done to produce vaccines. That is deceptive. Deception is of the devil.
