there are so many schemes+weird things that happen - a few to me - i never know.
several years ago, i inadvertantly shared my son’s email address with .. something online.
the next day, he was SCOLDING me! - his email box was full of solicitations!

I get USDA agricultural surveys in the mail which say that legally I have to fill them out. The funny thing is, since I'm not a farmer, legally I don't have to fill them out.

Completed+submitted.
They seemed quite intent on making sure i got this done.
About a week after the first mailing (OP) .. i received a letter telling me i had not completed the task, and, if i did not comply soon, they would send the online survey in U.S. mail.
Well. ok. i was glad they realized i might not have internet access, or know how to use it.
i will leave my thots at that for the present.
