Anyone know what sort of plain churches are around Lamar, Missouri?

Anyone have any experience with or know anything about Emmanuel Mennonite Church in Hartselle, AL?

I'll take it that it's a "no" ?
It's an area I'll be visiting frequently in the future.

Sorry, I had seen this post earlier but forgot about it.

I and my family were part of Emmanuel for 10 years until we left to serve in Liberia Africa. I think the church has stabilized substantially after having a church split around a year after we left. With mostly new leadership, things seem to be going better in recent years.

I think you would find them to be very welcoming.

Not a worry. Thanks for your info! Hope to visit sometime
