Haven't been very active but that may change soon. Some weeks ago I horsed up my shoulder. I thought it was okay but a week later I partially tore a bicep muscle. Tommorrow I am having surgery to repair the bicep.
I'll be in a plastic cast for a few weeks. I am told this will be a long recovery. I'm still driving truck but not handling any product. Hoping to get back to that as soon as possible.
I'd appreciate your prayers.

A friend of mine tore a biscep and it did take a long time to heal. It's a blessing for have a job you can still do at some level during recovery.

Of course - will do. If I see a DV truck taking up all the lanes, I'll know what's going on.

I would hope not. I have seen some real winners out there in 18-wheelers, but the RVers take the cake.

Surgery got postponed. Doctor didn't like my vital signs. Hope to have a new date today.

I was at my doctor Saturday and they had to make some adjustments to my meds. I'd like to get off it entirely.

Had surgery on Thursday the 6th. All went well. Minimal pain. This past Tuesday I had the original dressing removed and a Robocop-looking brace put on. I can take it off to shower and a few other things ( ) but I have to sleep in it in a locked angle.
Trying to stay busy at purging a file cabinet and cleaning out closets and such.
