I probably will be banned for saying this. Not a fan of bacon and the only way it is good, is on a BLT.

We really like our bacon. Not enough to put it on everything but bacon sandwiches and breakfast are our favorites.

As a daily bacon eater, I would prefer 2-3 but will eat from 2-5. Like all of life, there's danger in the extremes. With 1, I'm scared of bacteria, with 2, I'm scared of choking. :D

So my supper tonight consisted of fried cabbage and bacon. I cut up the bacon, fried it, then added thinly sliced cabbage. Salt and lemon pepper. Just a little bit of water at the very end bc i ran out of bacon grease and the cabbage wasnt just quite done yet. It was very tasty.

Love my bacon.
