I could do away with the mac & cheese as I'm supposed to watch the amount of gluten I ingest. I said I could, not that I want to ;)

Greens cooked the way the picture shows would be my choice. I like greens but only cooked in things, and not with vinegar etc. Also prefer them young and raw. As long as the other 3 are made GF I would choose them.

We roast a lot of veggies in the oven. Children love 'em that way. Broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and asparagus are all pretty popular.
