DNA Testing / Adoption Reunification

Curious if anybody here has had any experience with DNA testing (such as 23&Me, AncestryDNA, Natl Geographic, etc) in connection with adoption reunifications?

My mom was adopted as a 5 year old. She did 23 and me.
Found nothing.
