we flew on SW a couple of times. not the greatest experience.
when i saw this, i thought, some of your customers AND employees could use some "guidance."

I have little use for Southwest either. But the image is in reference to recent customer experience on the airline that claims the "friendly skies" trademark.
Over 200 crows were found dead along the Massachusetts Turnpike. They brought in bird experts to make sure it wasn’t the bird flu. They found that indeed it wasn’t bird flu. All of the crows had been hit by a vehicle. They studied the paint on their beaks and heads and found that all had been hit by trucks. Upon further study the experts found that the crows would post a lookout in a nearby tree to warn the others of an approaching vehicle. The experts got a grant from the DOT and did a two year study. They recorded the lookouts and discovered that although 98% of them could say Cah,Cah,Cah only 2% could say truck.
