It seems to me a thread devoted to new retirees is in order. I still think it is a worthy life milestone to celebrate. New beginnings and exciting possibilities can be shared on this thread.

I don't really think of myself as a retiree, but maybe I am. I lost my job when my intentional community, Plow Creek Fellowship, disbanded a couple of years ago. Now I work approximately 30 hour weeks as a volunteer for a new non-profit, but no pay. Does that make me retired?
