Low key... no planned gusts or party this year. My wife got out a lone steak, and I think there's another loner in there too.

What kind of grill do you have? I am partial to charcoal.

I am thinking of having guests Saturday night and making pork belly burnt ends on my Weber Smokey Mountain smoker.

Fresh mint tea to go with it. Its warm and humid already this morning.

Grilling burgers and maybe a few hot dogs. Oldest daughter has a lot of left over ground beef. They are donating it to the cause. Cause I am too cheap to feed them unless they bring me some ground beef.

Thunder storm's brewing, so we changed plans. Burgers & fries in the house. We'll save the mountain pies for another evening.

Hopefully the storm cools things off a little.
