The Z-Stack, special tea, elderberry and eating picked garlic seems to be killing it-

My Grandma from Canada always said @garlic” when I was a child getting a really bad sore throat yearly, but Mom never tried that. I have a jar of picked garlic in te fridge that is pretty good.

Another thing I discovered years ago tgat I wish Mom would’ve given me was Excedrin for a sore throat. It works!
Looks like oj called it here, today is 6-7, i’ll go out a bit later. It’s sunny, 50’s. i’ll get some Excedrin. :)
i planned to be with family for Thanksgiving, that was postponed due to the gov shutdown. i’m sad about that.
glad i wasn’t sick visiting!

Getting out today should be just right.
I’m weak+achy, “on the mend”. i might wear a mask in case i cough or sneeze. wash hands!

My wife had a bad sinus deal going into the weekend of the 8th, then I caught it a week later. Now I lost my voice. Well, actually last Thursday evening, I think. Getting a bit better now, if I don't keep trying to talk. My wife keeps asking me stuff, sometimes from upstairs, then I cannot shout back. I had to get someone else to lead SS lesson discussion tomorrow morning. I hope I can still go and listen.

Speaking of using garlic for a cold or virus, a lady on the mission center once convinced me that if I ate an entire clove of garlic, that the cold would stop right then. I ate a good part of it before it caused severe pain just behind the jaw bone - maybe lymph nodes. It was like really strong cramps there. But I'm surprised that your mom talked about garlic back then. I don't think I'd ever even heard of it until we were living in Brazil. (Another missionary couple wore a 'garlic necklace' around their neck, saying that it kept the mosquitoes away.)

Sounds like we may have had same sinus whether viral or bacterial-mine seemed to last less than 2 days but I honestly think that was due to taking the Z-stack, elderberry & lots of the dill pickled garlic. I cannot fathom eating the garlic the way you described which affected your lymph nodes? Usually I crush a couple cloves, mix with water. raw honey & apple cider vinegar. This was the first time I put the Z-stack”to the test” as I hadn’t caught anything since Covid in 2021 or 22 so I have to say it really seemed to not only keep the symptoms from getting worse but kicked it so fast. Still a little usual stuffiness I get in the Fall.

We are (temp, you, me) that “senior” age they always warn of our immune system.

I will also promote “Thymex” by Standard Process.
We discovered this in your area Neto at a chiropractor. After reading about it I bought some for Mom who has asthma. My husband started taking it and it literally changed his life. He used to get sinusitis at least 2x a year but since taking this the last 7 years, no more sinusitis! So no more antibiotics! This product helps your “thymus” gland, the center of your immune system, which is less active as a senior so the “Thymus” really helps! And totally natural- Meil tells everyone how it helps him.
