We lost an infant son almost 3 years ago, so we have some idea what you're facing. May God be near you and your family.

Thinking of you Jim. As you quoted the scripture that says we don't grieve as other's do that are without hope yet we certainly do grieve and will miss them being with us.

I lost a son to suicide who was 16 who lived with his mom and step-father. Previous to this my wife lost her brother at age 16 in a car accident and a cousin age 16 also lost his life in a car accident.

May our Lord bless and comfort you and your family during this time of grief.

Please pray for our family. Our son, Samuel Foxvog, 27, was killed in a car accident in Maryland on the morning of December 24. We're grieving and depressed. But there is hope: "Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him."

Many from around the world have expressed their love. We just got home from Maryland last night and expect much support and love from our church this morning.

Jim, please be assured of prayers at this time of shock and grief. God is with you all as you work through this pain.
