Pulled Pork?

Depending on the cut I use, I sear it in a pan and then finish it on low in a crockpot.

In the RV my wife uses the crockpot method and I have no argument with it. My wife says to stick with what you know and save experiments for non-special occasions.

When we are at home my wife says that she puts it in a "granny roaster" in a slow oven. I am sure she did not mean a real "granny" but is referring to a covered graniteware roaster. As for the slow oven: at least it will not get a speeding ticket.
