give credit where credit is due:
i believe AOC represents the very-very best of what can result from hollywood-level training for courtroom theatrics.
empty-headed script-reading.

^^”one giant leap for mankind” .. ?? :)

Turns out, the U.S. government has many real-life jobs, with real-life consequences,
reality is not a hollywood-contrived formula movie.

Not even when actors are multimillionaires-billionaires. And ambitious wannabees.

The family separation policy under Trump was horrific and cruel.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trump_adm ... ion_policy
The policy, presented to the public as a "zero tolerance" approach, was intended to encourage tougher legislation and discourage unauthorized crossings. In some cases, families following the legal procedure to apply for asylum at official border crossings were also separated. Under the policy, federal authorities separated children and infants from parents or guardians with whom they had entered the US.] The adults were prosecuted and held in federal jails or deported, and the children were placed under the supervision of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Prior to their transfer to HHS, some children spent three weeks or more in overcrowded border control centers, where they reported minimal food, no access to clean clothes or bathing facilities, and no adult caretakers; girls as young as ten were taking care of younger children.
By early June 2018, it emerged that the policy did not include measures to reunite the families that it had separated. Scott Lloyd, director of the Office of Refugee Resettlement, had directed his staff not to maintain a list of children who had been separated from their parents. Matthew Albence, head of enforcement and removal operations for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, had told his colleagues to prevent reunification even after the parents had been processed by the judicial system, saying that reunification "undermines the entire effort."
I've seen an estimated 1000-2000 children have still not been reunited with their parents.

Tom Homan was one of the architects of the child separation policy. His appointment as the "Border Czar" by Trump amplifies my concern that one of the characteristics of the second Trump administration is state-sponsored cruelty.

Can the parents leave with their children?
Whats cruel is parents intentionally putting children in harms way.
Did you watch the entire video?
What's cruel is the Biden administration allowing this situation and the Border Czar Harris doing nothing. If they had have, they might have won the election.

Right. It was cruel and unnecessary. The standard policy of keeping families together is not only more humane, it even was less expensive than keeping kids in separate tent cities (not that it should matter, but it just highlights that it wasn't necessary for it from any angle, other than to be harsh and vindictive).

I watched the whole video and saw no "humiliation" of AOC as the video claimed, just Homan making an argument based on false equivalencies - as if parents being taken away for serious crimes was the same as separating them for committing the misdemeanor of improper entry across the border, when they could just as easily be held together as per the previous practice.

Like I said- THEY didn't create this problem. The current administration did.
Can the parents leave with their children or not?
AOC doesn't get it and she was trying to force an answer without all the facts.
It's really a horrible shame the victims of these illegals immigrants as brought up by Homen. They are all criminals for entering in illegally and THEY are cruel for putting their children at risk.
This administration is cruel for the damage they allowed, and it cost them the election. Latino voters were gained interestingly enough on Trump's side. They came in legally. It's so surprising you all don't seem to promote following the laws. We now have very dangerous people from all over the world that entered.
AOC doesn't get it.

Not sure why your video was shut down.
Here is another one. Yes, there is family separation. There also is sex trafficking, rapes, people cooked in trailers, all very cruel.

It’s beastly to create policies that TEMPT the vulnerable to risk life+limb to break laws, including disrespect of national borders. How many reading-posting on this forum could imagine disrespecting ANY national border? Anyone?

As long as crimes are rewarded, crimes will not end.
i pray i never have to face such ugly temptation, i’m not sure i could resist it. i pray i could and would resist it.
Please. No one tempt me with promises of rewards for myself and my family, if only i’m willing to risk our lives and break laws.

That would be a form of torture i’m not sure i could endure.

Those creating such temptations (Congress+POTUS, etc.) should be held complicit along with the violators.

AMALA EKPUNOBI is a young conservative woman i’m enjoying on the internet.
Youthful, learning, thankfully, she doesn’t resort to a baby talk voice when speaking.

Amala points out TOM HOMAN was employed durng the obama administration (5:30 mark). He has broad experience.

“Trump’s New Border Czar Is NOT Messing Around” / 17min

Msm has failed to report balanced news. Now they lose.
Maybe young conservatives will get some airtime in future? That would be quite a change, eh?

I think you know why it was shut down, YouTube censors- and it didn't fit the far left narrative.
I appreciate you keep reminding of the dangers & travesty of open borders because they quickly keep being ignored or dismissed.
