I rapidly pulled those points from my head an there was one I was less certain about but it wasn't this one.

The Bible uses Pharoh in the time of Moses as an example of this. According to Paul he was apparently a vessel made unto dishonor. Kind of a unique idea when the Bible also says we are to obey and respect our leaders.
