The answer has and always will be the same. Be born of the Spirit and God will, through His Spirit, lead us in living a Kingdom way of life regardless of whatever setting we find ourselves in.

There seems to be too much 'left' and 'right' talk about worldly systems when we need more of an 'up' and 'down' concern about our relationship with God and how He can change us and those who are our neighbour's.

YMMV.
Maybe but that is also like saying "Lust is a non-issue for a born again, Spirit filled and lead Christan." Or pride is a non-issue...etc etc. Racism is really the sin of pride, that is personal preference and favoritism.
Except the Bible never speaks about racism at all, and it speaks a whole bunch about pride and lust.

You’ve decided it’s somehow a very serious sin, basically to the exclusion of anything else, and the entire pursuit of Christian existence should be dedicated to your pet issue.

And it can be envy, hatred, and bitterness.

Racism is a bad thing. I denounce it. CRT is not a correction for racism, it is a philosophy based on critical theory and attaches race as the dividing issue for oppressor and oppressed.

I disagree with the CR and CRT. Both polarize. Neither calls us to love and forgive each other.

Probably more than anything, it’s fear.
And it’s universal. If not, it’s close to universal.

People groups have all manner ways to deal with it, live with it, negotiate around it.

Voddie Baucham describes himself as a serious racist in his young years. i believe him. it’s not uncommon. it’s fear.
it’s not a positive no matter who is wearing it.

The interesting thing is that Jesus spoke about individuals who are in need.
He did not first make a classification of groups and thereafter asked statisticians which of his "groups" is statistically "disadvantaged". Imho he would have be content if everyone had what he needed and would not have fought for statistical "equity".

By the way, we ought to reflect that CRT is NOT a sociological or economical theory which wants to EXPLAIN inequality. (There are already theories about that and CRT isn't confronted with them.) It is originally a juridical theory about how to change the laws or to argue in a trial for the sake of one's own group. And the standard solution is that everything must be abolished if it has "different impact" - only that line of policy has been trodden for years and there are obvious negative side effects. (You can abolish tests for literacy in firemens' exams, but then they will not be able to read the security advice coming with their equipments.)
That's why CRT is a lot dumber than the Marxist theory it tries to ape. Marx did not simply explain workers' conditions by claiming "structural classism", he did a lot of work in order to analyze and explain HOW exactly workers are disadvantaged in a capitalist "system".

The most understandable grievance in CRT is probably that Blacks as a minority can achieve their goals only when they please (or are supported by) a majority. Sorry, but this is democracy at work: everyone is a minority in some way and either has to befriend the majority or at least to impress it with the idea that his claims are justified by a universal rule.

Racism is pride.
It is also hatred and indifference. Both of which Jesus spends a great deal of time preaching against.

Nonsense. Jesus also spoke about groups. The parable of the Good Samaritan, for example, contains mention of Jewish priests, Levites, and Samaritans, all of whom were groups. In Jesus' time there was intense hatred between Jews and Samaritans, to the extent that they destroyed each other's temples and were constant antagonists. The lesson of the parable isn't just about helping those in need. Otherwise there would be no need to mention group identities. Jesus did so for a reason and to make a point about prejudice.

I agree. And then the church had to deal with Gentile members. Surely today's ethnic and cultural fault lines are just as significant as theirs to Christians. Or am I supposed to apply these teachings only to Samaritans and Greeks?

12 One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. 13 This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
Sounds kind of racist to me.
