Some men have little hair on top by order of creation. Or is that a consequence of the fall?joshuabgood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 9:39 am Some women have facial hair by order of creation...what then?

I believe its because they spend too much time thinking. The heat burns off the hair.barnhart wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 10:23 amSome men have little hair on top by order of creation. Their ancestors grew long hair, so it's a judgement that falls on their descendants.barnhart wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 10:23 amSome men have little hair on top by order of creation. Re: Christians say "Nope" to these Official Doctrines
I question whether this is 'by order of creation'. Humanity (and creation in general) is steadily degrading, or perhaps more correctly, loosing original adaptability. (Just take those little 'lap dogs' as an example - 'Rodent-Dogs'.) Male baldness very likely as well. I have no Biblical support - just my imperfect conclusion on this question.joshuabgood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 9:39 am Some women have facial hair by order of creation...what then?

Many Old Orders would teach they shouldn’t remove it.joshuabgood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 9:39 am Some women have facial hair by order of creation...what then?
It is not uncommon to see an Amishman with no moustache and his wife with a substantial “goatee” and moustache.

Those COVID masks could sort of work as a covering for facial hair.JohnH wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 2:22 pmMany Old Orders would teach they shouldn’t remove it.joshuabgood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 9:39 am Some women have facial hair by order of creation...what then?

Wife: most people would be ok fixing a cleft lip or removing a tumor (benign or not), or taking medication to fix a thyroid/diabetes problem, so I don't personally see any issues with a woman removing facial hair/fixing hormone imbalance. I remember though someone posting a picture making fun of a Sikh woman with facial hair at a college, because they have religious views on it.JohnH wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 2:22 pmMany Old Orders would teach they shouldn’t remove it.joshuabgood wrote: ↑Fri Jun 12, 2026 9:39 am Some women have facial hair by order of creation...what then?

Re: Christians say "Nope" to these Official Doctrines
Could you please summarize what was meaningful to you?
And what defines an "Official Doctrine"? Who is the speaker, and what is his background?

1. Are we discussing the topic? Good.
2. Are we going around and around in a fight? Let's stop doing that.
3. Is there some serious wrongdoing or relational injury? Let's address that, probably not in public and certainly not for show.

I agree.Soloist wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2026 6:02 am Oh this guy is loud. No one sleeps through his sermons.
It’s just an audio processing thing. Easier to process text then visual + audio
And given our role in weighing what is taught, it’s much easier to read and assess then listen and try to scribble furiously for later evaluation.
And in both this video and the one I watched completely, his voice sounds like he's in the middle of some fight. It's clearly important to him, but it's hard for me to ignore his mannerisms and here what argument he is making with what evidence.
