Do you believe in hauntings, ghosts, demonic activity, etc?

Some of the less mainstream elements of Catholicism and other denominations are recounting incidents, hence the reason for this query.

Yes. I also believe in angels, too. My wife & I have stories.

I used to be sceptical but there seem to be very legitimate stories of church members who have experienced haunted houses, evil spirits, or just wandering spirits (and prayed them away).

In Haiti this activity is much more frequent and church members there consider it almost routine to pray against evil spirits.

Don't care to get into details here, but I've had some very vivid dreams that I discovered later wasn't a dream. My wife has also. And our oldest daughter has seen some stuff.

Yes. And I have my own experience as to why I do.

Drugs will do that.

We had a tenant move here many years ago from out of the area, and knew no one. The couple had a baby and only one vehicle which her husband took to work. I ended up taking her to doctor visits, etc. Places that weren't open in the evening. She really opened up and shared her struggles. She had been raped, had an abortion, and was into drugs at one point. She said that at night something would come into her room and attempt to choke her, even admitted it was a demon. I asked her if she believed in God and Jesus. It happened she was raised Catholic and said she did. I told her that when this thing comes to choke her she shall pray and ask that it be removed with the power and blood of Jesus. She told me later that when she prayed, the thing left her alone.

I believe the Bible and the Bible speaks of demonic activity. I suspect "hauntings" and ghosts fall under that category.
