Looks like one of them was a baby who was born not breathing.
Placental transmission has happened before although it’s unclear if that’s why the baby was born not breathing.
There also is the unclear spleen aspect but premature birth is seen with maternal measles.

The Atlantic ran a story about a newborn death that may be one of those "measles related" deaths.

According to that story, the mother was not yet recovered from a severe case of measles when the child was born. If that is accurate, I would find it easy to agree that measles might have been what set the events in motion leading to the infant's death.

According to the coroner this death occurred weeks ago. The commissioner, the coroner, and RFK would have been better off asking more questions rather than making broad claims. The governor did similar things with the first death that made it easy to appear that the messaging was misleading. All leading with their mouths rather than their minds it would appear.

Fundamental attribution errors usually come next.

Yeah waiting for the data usually is better but I understand why PA didn’t

Of course, there’s no proof either that mother was a bad, evil, unvaccinated person.

Wife: Her and her husband said she was unvaccinated, and that he was the only vaccinated one in the family. Doesn’t make them bad or evil. We should be praying for the family because this would have to be pretty hard even before they found out the world was talking about it.

I’m simply pointing out there’s no evidence of that one way or another.

There was a mad rush here to try to blame unvaccinated people, which reminded me very much of the 2022 era. It was propaganda then, and it’s propaganda now.

Incidentally support for vaccines in the plain community is at an all time low. Things like this don’t improve support for it.
