What have we accomplished?
For those of us personally affected by this it often seems like the answer is "not enough"

The board changed including the chairman, and much of CAM exec./upper mgmt got replaced, particularly the ones who tried to ignore the new board firing them.
Personnel changes in the US Board, the Executive Committee, and the Executive Operations Team have been less than a third over the last two years. That might be slightly more than normal turnover, but does it really amount to significant changes in the leadership?

Based on my view, yes.

Some parts of the org (like the billboard ministry) were completely uninvolved.

Are we speculating about this because CAM has not been explicit and public about the steps it has (or hasn't) taken as a result of the Jeriah Mast tragedy?

Probably. For instance I did not know the following (I assume Josh is right here; I have no idea.).

I don't know why CAM wouldn't have publicized steps taken such as this. On second thought, it might be because there's a crowd for which CAM really can never do enough to make up for its mistakes. So, why bother. Just make the changes they feel is best and carry on. Not sure that I blame them, really. But it would in some ways be nice to somehow let their supporters know about these sorts of things.

I agree CAM could do a much better job of communicating; on the other hand, the rogue executive team didn’t want to do a good job of communicating. The new guard barely even knows anything about what went on, and the old guard isn’t talking.

If there is any positive news it will not be known or discussed at any comparable rate with negative news. Officially or not.

I see Jeriah's wife out and about once in a while. I am always filled with pity how they cinched her tighter into her "marriage" by making her renew her wedding vows to him.

Can you elaborate? Who clenched her tighter into marriage and made her renew her vows to Jeriah after his history of child abuse came to light? Was that CAM? Was that her home congregation? Who is the "they" that you are talking about?

In the short window of time between their rushed return home from Haiti and his confession to local law enforcement, their home congregation performed a vow renewal for Jeriah and his wife.

Their church also printed up "pray for" cards (similar to what missionaries give out for people to hang on their refrigerator). I wasn't the only one who was shocked by how sanitized the whole thing is made to seem. No mention of praying for victims.
