No, what I meant is, stores are only allowing one person per shopping cart. In other words, don't expose the whole family to a public environment. So far, its been loosely enforced. Seems like not everyone is taking it seriously.

Don't take them home. Leave them at home*.

For the first time today I posted on our Facebook page requesting one shopper per household and asking people to limit their shopping trips to only when necessary. We're not policing it, neither are we policing the early restricted shopping hour which is for seniors and the immunocompromised.

Our local Giant Foods now has a security guard at the entrance. Only one shopper per cart. Otherwise, you're kindly asked to wait in the car.
Wow. So the Mennonite women need to take their kids back home? You can't leave young kids by themselves in the car.
The kids should of been left at home to begin with.

Giant advertises that between 6 - 7am is reserved for shoppers over 60, and they attract a crowd! They don't enforce it because obviously you have people that need to pick up something on their way to work, or on their way home if they work nights.

Giant is doing better than Walmart. In many locales Walmart is only designating the senior hours one day a week. That causes a crowded situation too.

The big box stores in our area, as of this weekend, are strictly enforcing one shopper per cart, one-way aisles through the store, and a restricted number inside the store. People waiting outside have to form a line while maintaining a 6 foot separation.
I'm predicting more difficulty getting supplies, not because there's a shortage, but because it'll be nearly impossible to actually access them.

I was at the local Giant Saturday morning and I'd say at least half the employees had masks and/or gloves on. And at least half the customers did as well.

I have yet to see any conservative women wearing either gloves or masks, beyond being employed at Dutchway were its most likely *highly* recommended by management. Apparently that big headcovering makes them immune.... ;)

I was at the local hardware store owned and operated by Conservative Mennonites. Most of the employees wore masks and gloves. The shoppers, which were mostly men, didn't bother. I actually went there for gloves and they were out. However ACE Hardware down the road had plenty, which I was thankful for. As for the masks, even though the homemade version aren't as effective, I made some and will be wearing them when going out.
