I turned 71 not long ago - and have worked on my computers for years; do you think it would be good for me to sell my computers and buy a shovel and wheelbarrow? :D
Maybe not a shovel and a wheelbarrow: but a long walk wears me out enough to sleep well.

My husband has been using CBD oil for a couple months. It's helping him to wean off his anti anxiety medication without the severe withdrawal effects.

A friend of ours who is using the CBD oil, said her back pain has greatly reduced since she started.

That’s interesting. I just heard this weekend that amid all the health claims and hype of CBD oil, so far anxiety is basically the only problem that has any slight evidence of actually helping.

Do you know if he was ever subjected to drug testing, like for employment?

Indeed: hype is a very big factor in any new "cure", especially the hype driven by the investors in the new cure. Time will tell what is and is not hype. As RZehr has noted, the evidence is already mounting too.

In my experience, getting a consistent good night's rest helps a lot in that area. Its not everything, but its helps. CBD oil claims to help that as well.

A long walk or other exercise does too: and it’s free.

And getting a sleep study is a good idea too. It's shocking how many people have significant sleep apnoea problems, which are easily treatable without drugs or surgery.

We asked 3 different healthcare professionals about CBD oil.

The chiropractor said several of her patients who are treating cancer are also using cbd oil to reduce their pain. They were quite happy with the results. She does not sell it.

The ND and DO both said they are hearing good things about it and also each had a brand to sell. Neither tried pushing to sell it to us.
