My wife bought a bucket of chalk, so now every day when I get home our sidewalk has new art work all over it.Grace wrote: ↑Wed Apr 05, 2023 7:34 amYes, they were around when our children were little. So much fun for our one child who was very artsy.steve-in-kville wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 1:57 pm Anyone ever hear of Perler beads? My younger children got into these and are making some 3D objects. Maybe not quite an art, but quite crafty!

Old auto restoration.
Learned leather carving in HS, still have the small tool set I got myself, but haven't done it in mean years. Maybe get back into it someday? (Too many things to do, I guess, and work gets in the way on my hobby.)

Curious what the average age is here ,of the posters? There's so so much stuff to see and do on-line ,for the younger sets , it boggles the mind ,about makes one lonesome for the mid-1990's ,when a newspaper was cutting edge info , even weatherwise ,with those funny swirls showing weather patterns ....I happen to be a serious weather-dog ....

Last time we did a poll, I think the bulk of us are in the 40 - 50-ish range with a handful older and very few younger.
