It is with a very broken heart that I have to tell all of you that Robert has passed away. He with our son Stephen in Heaven tonight.
My daughter and I took him to the ER this morning when he thought he had a kidney stone. It wasn't.
He had an aorta aneurism triple AAA, They tried to fly him to Dallas but it was foggy there so they couldn't.
He did have a lot of pain and we couldn't let him keep suffering.
We lost him once before but he never seemed to understand that insisting he was going to work tomorrow.
He never got his color back, he didn't have a temp, he only had a faint BP when he had one at all..
WE did my youngest son up there and we are able to be there when he passed each of us holding on to him. They turned off the machines and we told him how much we loved him. He went peacefully into the arms of Jesus and then he held my boy in his arms again.
I want to thank you all for all the cards, prayers and support Robert really appriciated all of them and brought them to me so we could put them in Stephens book.
Our entire family (what is left) will be celebrating his life this Tuesday at Lakeview Methodist Church Conference at 10 am. He will be buried next to our son 3 weeks for the day we buried him.
God bless you all.
