I think that shows you have clicked it. It is still the red heart for me. So it must change if the viewer clicked the heart.

Allow me to suggest an "Events, Conferences, Workshops, & Institutes" thread where upcoming gatherings can be announced. It would be a great way to improve awareness of these important events.

For example I know that there are several Anabaptist Bible Institutes and Bible Conferences held during the summer. A post would be titled with the relevant dates/location and then the info and contacts for the event put in the body:
