“A local missionary aviation organization says they don't believe anybody survived after one of its flights crashed in the mountains of Haiti, according to officials.”
This may sound brutal, but if Christian mission agencies are going to essentially run airlines, they need to take steps to meet the safety standards of airlines (or else decide a certain number of crashes are acceptable, like airlines used to).

Yeah, the era of doing preflight checks, putting a stick of gum over the radiator because you don’t have the tools or the parts…
When I went looking into MAF, I was a little bit disappointed to see how they actually do their business practices.

Are you suggesting that this crash was caused by Agape's failure to meet the same safety standards as major airlines?

I didn’t watch the video, but a crash happens for three reasons. 1: pilot error, 2: maintenance/mechanical,3: unexpected incident, such as a bird flying into your window.

Generally yes. And we know exactly how much at this point about the cause of this particular crash?

I can say with certainty I was not involved!
Therefore, I know it was not my fault.
