I used to hear people say the school shootings are nearly all angry white kids who are gun nuts who also hate their parents.

The most claims that I’ve heard is that they were bullied or misfits/liners.

I suppose they could try to blame that on their parents.

i’ve heard these things in addition to more recent assertions.

i think and hope it’s wise to seriously look at parents.
If parents realize they may be found complicit, i would hope they would be diligent in their responsibilities to keep firearms locked and away from their minors, and much more than that.

i’m for parents’ rights AND responsibilities.

from reports, drugs+hormones are a major factor, starting YOUNG, with trans. literally, playing with fire.

Well, let’s look at what you said:

This small minority seems to be wildly disproportionately involved in mass shootings. Think Memphis.

This trend may be something to keep an eye on but statistics can also be easily manipulated in service of deeper motivations. For example people of Scandinavian descent seem to account for all school shootings in British Columbia, but I don't think that is very meaningful.

What, pray tell, are the “deeper motivations”?

An intellectually honest approach would have been to compare the overall incidence of school shooters who are transsexuals across a broader population, which is what I did.

The statistics are not “manipulated”. I tallied up all school shoorinvs since 2015, both male and female. Transsexuals are over represented by 25 fold.

Police have identified the suspect in a shooting at a high school ice hockey game in Rhode Island that killed two people and injured three others.

Pawtucket Police Chief Tina Goncalves said Robert Dorgan, who also used the name Roberta and the surname Esposito, died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the Dennis M Lynch Arena on Sunday.

-Jesse Van Rootselaar: Identified by the RCMP as a transgender female who opened fire at a secondary school in Tumbler Ridge, B.C., on February 11, 2026.
-Aiden Hale (born Audrey Elizabeth Hale): A 28-year-old transgender man who killed six people, including three children, at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 27, 2023.
-Anderson Lee Aldrich: Identified as non-binary (using they/them pronouns) after killing five people at Club Q in Colorado Springs on November 19, 2022. Some experts and acquaintances have questioned the sincerity of this identity, suggesting it may have been a legal tactic to avoid hate crime charges.

I don't know who CC Jesus is, but when Jesus Christ cast out the demons - they certainly did go away.

In the New testament the demonic powers are a present and normal reality that we seem uncomfortable with in the modern, post enlightenment world. We want them to be either inert and distant or overwhelming and uncontrollable but not a part of everyday life as it seemed in the age of the early church.

Paul talks about them in ways that stress their influence and presence but also their defeat and mastery by Jesus and the church.

"As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our flesh[a] and following its desires and thoughts...". -Ephesians 2

Perhaps if we recovered a more new testament view of demonic power, we would better understand the role it plays in our own lives and those around us as well.
