We are told to follow the science, yet those same people can't follow the scientific fact, when a person has XY chromosomes they definitely are male and when they have xx Chromosomes they are female.
While I object to the gender bending going on in society, I can't say that the chromosomes are 100% correct... There are always exceptions to the rules and it would be very troubling to encounter one of the very rare situations such as a Mosaic XY and XX. It does happen. The vast majority of trans out there are that way by choice or severe mental trouble.
It happens far less often then breakthrough cases and slightly less often then reinfections

Don't know if this has been discussed here. Unvaxed hospital patients are being denied organ transplants.
Should unvaccinated people quit being organ donors? I’m one, and I find the idea that my organs wouldn’t be donated to an unvaccinated person very offensive.

I suppose we could have two organ donor registries. One is open to vaccinated people, one to unvaccinated people. Donors could then choose who they want to donate their organs to.
However, I think splitting society apart into "vaccinated' and "unvaccinated" people is not a good idea. Instead, both vaccinated and unvaccinated people should try to respect each other, and respect each other's medical choices.
We also have a society that consists of "normal weight" and "obese" people. Obese people need a lot more medical care, and have worse health outcomes. Yet I don't think it would be good to start reserving things only for people of a "healthy" weight, or triage emergency rooms to de-prioritise obese people coming in who need help.
There seems to be a mindset that coercion, force, and authoritarianism are OK to somehow help people be "healthy". Yet losing weight and having a healthy diet would be the most straightforward way to do this - much more effective than vaccines. (Heart disease is a leading cause of death.)
Another way to drastically reduce deaths and injuries would be to ban cars and trucks, and go back to horse and buggy. (There are buggy accidents, but not at 50 miles an hour, and not pulling a 44,000 lb load weight. Yet doing that would seem to be very authoritarian, and deprive people of choices (even risky choices) they should get to make for themselves.

From the same article. It sounds like conditions for being on an organ donation list are nothing new and also entirely appropriate.
Conditions on organ transplants are not new. Weaver noted that transplant centers around the country may require patients to get other vaccinations, stop smoking, avoid alcohol or demonstrate that they will take crucial medications in an effort to ensure that people do well post-surgery and do not “reject” organs for which there is fierce competition.

Not appropriate at all. This is entirely about political control and humiliation in order to try to coerce people into taking the vaccine.
When you threaten people's livelihoods, jobs, and health, it's no longer about "public health". It's about simply being control freaks who want everyone else to believe and act exactly like you do.

Stop smoking and avoid alcohol makes sense if you're getting a heart or kidney transplant. Of course you'd have to agree to take crucial medications as well.
Exactly what relevancy does a covid vaccine have?

Do you think any and all conditions for being on transplant lists are inappropriate? Or just the ones that you disapprove of? Do you think alcoholics who refuse to stop drinking should be prioritized for exceedingly expensive and complicated liver transplants that have a higher risk of failure because of their behavior? Would you rather just roll the dice or see a powerball lottery to determine who gets scarce organ transplants? And if the winner is an 85 year old with 10 other co-morbidities who is likely to die soon anyway that’s just the luck of the draw?

The relevancy of covid vaccines is a stretch so far as I can tell.
It’s not a stretch at all. Transplant surgery requires immune-suppressant drugs to avoid organ rejection. So transplant patients can’t rely on their normal immune system to fight disease. And Covid attacks the heart, lungs, liver, pancreas, and kidneys, which are the most commonly transplanted organs.
