Monkeypox, a disease that seemed to have vanished from America, is making a comeback with a new strain that's causing concern among disease prevention experts.

While Monkeypox has remained prevalent in many parts of Africa, Americans and Brits who thought they were safe might need to be on guard this summer. The strain, known as clade I, is recognized as more deadly than other forms of the monkeypox virus.

It has been causing sporadic outbreaks in Central Africa for decades. And now, according to a preliminary article published on medRxiv, it appears to be spreading through sexual contact, which doctors say is a first.

Perhaps it would be a good idea for people to be faithful to their own spouses and flee from fornication, adultery, and sodomy.

Then we wouldn't have diseases like monkeypox spreading.

And a plethora of other diseases and serious problems.

This disease has no cure, and there is no "vaccine". The only way to avoid it is to avoid promiscuity, which the Bible teaches us to flee.

Through some MYSTERIOUS INEXPLICABLE coincidence, people groups all over the globe concluded that disease results from filth.
In varying ways, different peoples/cultures implemented PREVENTIONS to invitations to increases in disease.

Until those in “developed” countries decided they had all the answers, clean water, soap, medications, vaccines, etc.,
such that there was no longer a need for prevention. [Abstain?] - NO WAY.

There is no mention in either link above that men should STOP DOING THAT. “Avoid promiscuity”
