This is hitting children & infants really hard in Brazil. And these are cases where there is no other complicating factor or disease (at least no known ones). I wonder what is happening with our friends in the village, but there is no way to find out. With a population of only around a hundred, it would not take a large percentage to be the end of this people group, especially if it kills or causes infertility in a large percentage of the young people.

If you believe its ethical, I agree.
I did take some time to explore this due to MN, and decided to get Moderna. I felt that either Moderna or Pfizer were ethical, do you agree?

No I do not. I believe both are unethical.

Ah, so you are saying that you think Jim is doing the right thing if he believes it is ethical, but that you could not do the same because you believe it is unethical? If so, I respect both of you for your process and your choices.

We both stand before God and will be judged. I might see this as a larger issue, but what might Jim see in my life I don't see as a problem? It would bother me immensely to reduce this simply to sin for 1 man, and not for another but how can I worship with anyone hardly in that idea? If we practiced this... well we might as well be on Covid restrictions permanently as that would be what we would end up with. Everyone having their own church.
I guess the best would be to say this is a concession and that I would believe my way is correct but I wouldn't dare say someone in good faith who took it thinking its ethical is in sin.

It’s been two weeks since I received my second shot. Now I can go back to licking doorknobs with confidence.

No wonder they want us to keep wearing masks even after getting vaccinated. Some of you people clearly need that.

Just out of curiosity, what are the reasons you got vaccinated given you already had COVID?

One of the customers where I work told me she had a worse reaction to the shot then she did when she actually had covid itself. They must not be discouraging people that already had covid from getting the shot. There's been a lot of cases of covid for people that did get the shot so I don't think you're out of the woods just because you got the shot, although for most people it's like getting the flu if that (covid, that is).
I know people will think I'm more of a threat in society because I won't get the vaccine. But I've been an essential worker throughout this more than year, scanning a good thousand customers a week on my job exposed too many at work that ended up getting covid, I even prayed over a co-worker who was crying cuz she didn't know what was wrong with her because her blood pressure was so low, and it turned out she had covid and I was praying over her! It does not mean that God won't allow me to eventually catch it I'm not sure it's just hard to feel like a walking death threat to people when apparently haven't been for over a year
