the study is not peer reviewed, nor is it from a source a lot of you will appreciate, but it is a study to keep an eye on.
“This means that the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine, though highly protective, probably does not provide the same level of protection against the South African (B.1.351) variant of the coronavirus,” the study said.
....supports Robert's theory that God made a immune system that actually does work.....
I also think it is noteworthy to see how the T cells are fairing with those who have been vaccinated vs those who have not.

https://www.axios.com/drug-overdose-rec ... 4df55.htmlDrug overdose deaths surged during coronavirus pandemic
According to this article there was a 29% increase in drug overdose deaths in 2020 compared to 2019. This is just one such area that has also contributed to the excess deaths in 2020.
The bottom line: As we worry about the very rare side effects of some COVID-19 vaccines, we shouldn't forget about the deadly unintended consequences of other measures designed to control the pandemic.

My wife works part as a psychiatric provider at a university. Her patients suffered greatly under lockdown and social distancing.GaryK wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 8:22 pmhttps://www.axios.com/drug-overdose-rec ... 4df55.htmlDrug overdose deaths surged during coronavirus pandemic

At this point, I definitely feel that the lockdowns, social distancing and masking were definitely not worth the lives that may have been saved. it seems For every 1 potentially life saved last year (although likely die soon due to underlying health issues anyways), another 10 lives were devastated by the downstream effects.

Re: Coronavirus Outbreak
Since Covid aerosolizes, social distancing of 6 feet does nothing. 20 foot would be better, but still not efficient. Masks do little to aerosolized virii. They just redirect the flow, but do not stop it. Lockdowns keep people inside instead of outside where the UV can kill the virus and dry the droplets to kill the virus.

Re: Coronavirus Outbreak
We spent most of our time last summer outside, I do think that is part of why, when we did contract COVID, it was VERY mild.Robert wrote: ↑Wed Apr 14, 2021 10:07 pmSince Covid aerosolizes, social distancing of 6 feet does nothing. 20 foot would be better, but still not efficient. They “need” a third one so the vaccine is milked for more profit and to prolong this joke, not because people will die and overwhelm hospitals without a third shot.Pfizer CEO says third COVID booster shot ‘likely’ needed within a year of getting vaccinated.
Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla predicted Thursday that people who have received the company’s COVID-19 vaccine will “likely” need a third booster shot within a year to maintain protection against the virus.
“It is extremely important to suppress the pool of people that can be susceptible to the virus,” Bourla told CNBC.
The pharmaceutical chief said it’s also possible that people will need to get inoculated every year against coronavirus.
Pfizer had said as early as February that it was testing booster shots in case it was determined they would be needed.
Moderna, the competitor whose vaccine uses a similar so-called messenger RNA platform as Pfizer’s, has also said it is testing booster shots.

This is why natural immunity is a much better way to go at this point.

Re: Coronavirus Outbreak
This will become a (expensive) shot you have to get every 6-12 months, like the flu shot. No wonder they want employers, grocery stores, etc to require the vaccine - guaranteed profits for Big Pharma, from the same people who brought you the opioid epidemic, unaffordable insulin, and sky high prices for epi-pens.

Re: Coronavirus Outbreak
I know I may be an anomaly, but maybe I am not, I am 62 this year. I have had no shot. I have not had Covid. I wear no mask. My life has returned to normal. I shake hands, hug people, and work in the public every day. I live with no fear.Josh wrote: ↑Fri Apr 16, 2021 8:42 am This will become a (expensive) shot you have to get every 6-12 months, like the flu shot.
