I didn't notice that until you mentioned it. That is an interesting choice of words. I think this is also the first flyer where the Sheriff's Office said they consider her disappearance suspicious.queserasera_2 wrote:They use the word "recovery" a couple times.....![]()

The Farmington Daily Times has a bit more information from a press release by the Sheriff's Office.

Harcrow said there is not sufficient evidence that Krause left of her own will, and she left resources at her residence that she would normally take with her, taking only her cell phone.
Krause's vehicle was found parked at a nearby church in the area where she resides.
The Sheriff's Office has no direct evidence of an abduction, but investigators are not ruling anything out yet, Harcrow said.

Cell phone information may be useful, if it was turned on.steve-in-kville wrote:Search warrants? Yeah, someone knows something alright.

I am not trying to pick on your assumptions but again I am not sure how you arrive at that definite conclusion. It might simply mean that they are exhausting all available information in a desperate attempt to find any clues. I would think that would include checking out all communications she may have had on her phone in the recent past. And I am guessing they need a warrant for that.steve-in-kville wrote:Search warrants? Yeah, someone knows something alright.

I’m not trying to pick in your assumptions either, but how couldn’t someone know something?appleman2006 wrote:I am not trying to pick on your assumptions but again I am not sure how you arrive at that definite conclusion. Sure, good point. I may have been reading something into that, that he was not saying. I'm sorry.RZehr wrote:I’m not trying to pick in your assumptions either, but how couldn’t someone know something?appleman2006 wrote:I am not trying to pick on your assumptions but again I am not sure how you arrive at that definite conclusion. I debated for a few days as to whether I should share this or not.... but from what I gleaned from other online platforms, the sheriff's department is looking into the Mennonite community itself. Someone there knows something, hence the $50k reward. The reward money is coming from an outside source, not law enforcement or the church she was part of.

It’s no secret law enforcement is looking at the Mennonite community. I saw a letter from the Mennonite community basically stating that.steve-in-kville wrote:I debated for a few days as to whether I should share this or not.... but from what I gleaned from other online platforms, the sheriff's department is looking into the Mennonite community itself. It does not follow that the reward indicates someone in the Mennonite community “knows something.”
