I would seriously doubt that, considering the Biblical Hebrew language didn't exist in the time of (biblical) Aaron and Moses.

ask any Old Order Mennonite or Amish - in the original text - when God goes looking for Adam he says (Wo bist du?)

me and my brother don't talk German between ourselves though
