Abundant Entrance into the Kingdom of God

Post by Praxis+Theodicy »

This weekend I worked my shift at the hospital. We have only one staff on during the weekend, so we rotate through. And whoever works the weekend gets to work alone and listen to podcasts or whatnot.

I decided to listen to this message from the Sound Faith channel and I was indescribably blessed and challenged by it. The message is so clear and succinct, both challenging and charitable. He packs a lot into this ~30 min, so I might even go back and listen to it again because I feel I may have missed a few things worth tuning in closely for.

The Bible is very easy to understand. But we Christians are a bunch of scheming swindlers. We pretend to be unable to understand it because we know very well that the minute we understand we are obliged to act accordingly.

Thanks for posting this, it made me hungry to read Peter again.
