Camera for recording events

Post by Ernie »

I'm looking for a camera or camcorder for recording events like choirs, seminars, school programs, etc. Any recommendations?

I'm currently using a VIXIA HF R800 but want to upgrade to something that does better in low lighting.

A wee little man trusts himself and his own discernment. A big man is humble enough to know that he needs the counsel and input of others.

The last person I saw setting this up just used a late model iPhone with a dedicated stand, and adjusted the exposure levels.

I've been using the Sony Handycam 9.2 for some years now. Older make/model but I have no reason to upgrade.
