Personal Emergency Phone Dialer

I am looking for a device that will call a phone whenever a button is pressed.

If possible, I want the older person who is wearing the pendent and presses the SOS button to be able to talk through the pendent to whomever answers the phone. I am not able to tell by the description whether communication can only happen through the phone base station, or whether it can happen through the pendent.

Anybody have a device to recommend?

Life Alert has made these for a while. This one works independently (basically it's a cell phone but it only turns on when you press the button.)
