Re: Menfolk: Your church's standards on facial hair?
Well, since it doesn't seem to make sense to some, let me suggest that it seems logical Donny would be referring to adults — only. I haven't searched for Ken's ideas related to this subject, but it appears that maybe he isn't a real fan of facial hair? Since I'm not exactly sure how common sense fit...

Re: Bigfoot sightings?
Well, I didn't see any noted here in your post, nor any links to some reference. So, I looked around outside. I didn't see any out there, either. I guess the answer is, "No. No Bigfoot sightings here. At least not today." (grin)

Re: Classifying Anabaptists
Not being an ethnic Anabaptist, I find much that has been posted here to be rather interesting. My general confusion with classifying Anabaptist types has been generated over the years by various local ministry in my local area. The first hurdle placed before me is generated by the "divorce &am...

Re: BEACHYAM.ORG Problem?
Yes. After three attempts, I was finally allowed to proceed. Someone on this end must be a s-l-o-w learner. Grin.
All seems good.

BEACHYAM.ORG Problem?
Once in a great while I visit BEACHYAM.ORG . Well, yesterday I decided to give them a visit. Oops! My persnickety security package (BitDefender) had a fit, strongly suggesting that I do not proceed. Since this security package has previously warned me about minute details that I am not a bit concern...

Re: MaxPC
I am confident that a number of those participating in this forum are aware of MaxPC's legal name, address, etc. Using that basic information, I've repeatedly searched for his obit with no success. I did see a report outside of MennoNet that he experienced a period of weakness, dizziness, etc. to th...

Re: MaxPC
So very true. I am beginning to wonder if Max has experienced a serious health condition, not actual death. I've searched over and over for any related obit in his home area. I have found no obituary or other new content anywhere on the internet --- nothing anywhere. All that I know is that he has s...

Re: Anabaptism and Armageddon
I've been in the conservative Anabaptist world for a little over 20 years. I do not recall Armageddon ever being mentioned, and (generally speaking) I doubt if there is a common imagery of the any such thing ... at least not in my local community.
