Re: Stress
I track my supplements and stress patterns in an iPhone app that syncs with Apple Health and adjusts monthly. This is the one I’ve been using: (link removed) and the simple daily planner keeps me consistent, which has eased my day-to-day stress.

Re: Stress
As a Christian I’ve had seasons of heavy anxiety. It wasn’t a lack of faith, prayer and Scripture grounded me, but I still needed counseling, better sleep, and boundaries. Owning it, breath prayers when panic hit, and seeing a therapist helped me recover without guilt.

It's tough when someone who's been there for you is going through something like this.

Re: Wheaton College
I've heard similar stories about other Christian institutions, and it's always disappointing. Hopefully, the alumni push can make a difference and bring it back to its roots.

Re: Co-owning real estate?
People struggle to gift a property early or pass it down through inheritance. The stepped-up basis on inheritance can be a significant advantage, but estate taxes and capital gains still need to be considered.
