When we say some will use the court, some won’t, this is not to say that any given Mennonite may or may not, or that it is left up to the individual. There are church groups who will excommunicate members for suing someone, no matter what the issue is.

Look at anabaptist circles. Founded by a group who took it upon themselves to self baptize and picked their own ministry “out of the blue”.
