We are planning to start our own seeds again this year. This will be the 3rd year of using gallon size water / milk jugs to start the seeds in outside. Hoping to get the first ones planted this week. We find the plants are much stockier and already hardened off and ready to plant in the garden, when...

One of my favorites!

I've given the glue trapped mouse to the cats. Hold on to the trap while they pull the mouse off. Once the trap slipped from my fingers and the cat ran off with the trap & mouse. Later found her with the trap stuck to the cat. We pulled the cat off the trap.

Our whole family is night owls. Its nice all being on the same schedule - most of the time!

My husband killed a copperhead snake near the garden.
