Re: Have an Anabaptist Christmas!
In our area it seems everyone has a Christmas service. I was accustomed to having a church service on Christmas morning. When we married, my wife made it quite clear that to her Christmas day was a day to spend with family. A day spent making positive memories with our children, something Christmas ...

We attended about 3 years before we asked to join. Never once felt pressured to.

Can Folks Afford to Join Your Church?
A continuation of this discussion. http://forum.mennonet.com/viewtopic.php?p=1679#p1679 The cost of joining a Mennonite church can be high. Some can scarcely afford the change in wardrobe or vehicles and education for their children not to menton the emotional toll. Can we make it easier for folks t...

Re: Preterism
Good. Kinda missed the Preterist discussions. If its any consolation George, I'm being called a heretic with more frequency. Having said that, I'm not quite a full preterist yet.

Re: Credible News Sources
The challenge is ALL facts can be interpreted. We have so much data, that we all have to filter it some how. Those filters do bias that data. One of the side effects of being in the information age. So much data and such little wisdom. The dude is suggesting that we actually think :!:
