Try hard not to offend. Try harder not to be offended.
Just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean they are not after you.
I think I am funnier than I really am.

If it means Only True Church, then I would avoid it. To say that none of them are Christian would be wrong however.
I said no., probably... I'm thinking that I would at least attend a Holdeman church if nothing more biblical was available.

I would attend, but would have serious issues about becoming a member. I've been to CoC when there were not other options.

At least that interpretation rescues the title from redundancy.Robert wrote:Over The Counter Church?

Re: Could you join an OTC church?
I have already joined the One True Church.
If any denomination claims to be that, it is really a deal-breaker for me. I need to be able to work with other Christians to build the Kingdom of God, and not just Christians in my particular Church.
And the New Testament accounts of Jews and Greeks make me think accepting Christians who are pretty different from me is scriptural and even foundationally important. I could imagine a faction of Jewish Christians who formed their own One True Church, I wouldn't join it.
The accounts about heretics and blatant sinners who need to be cast out of the Church tell me there are limits.

Is it biblical? Is it Christlike? Is it loving? Is it true? How can I find out?

Remember the Reformation and the Counter Reformation? The OTC came out of the Over the Counter Reformation.Robert wrote:Over The Counter Church?
