It's not everyday you've just shut the door of your vehicle putting your seat belt on to turn around and see an excited smiling man in your window...
It was Lester's son!
But it's not everyday we drive five hours into his town either.

Yes, he was excited about it. He sent me a text saying he'd met you. Hope you have a good weekend and a safe trip home again.Wade wrote:It's not everyday you've just shut the door of your vehicle putting your seat belt on to turn around and see an excited smiling man in your window...

Re: Guess Who I Met
Yesterday, at the viewing for LesterB's father, I met Lester, his wife and daughters. I met Signtist's father who is a friend from way back and I also spent thirty minutes chatting with Appleman. We must plan to get together sometime - we would find much to share.

It was my privilege, Neto. You have a lot of stories and insights into cross-cultural living that I hope I can learn from. And the breakfast was great, as well.Neto wrote:I had the privilege of meeting Peregrino for breakfast this morning. (Thanks for contacting me, James.)
