2017 / Personality traits / Other (This thread)

2018 / Personality Test? / Other (Poll)

2020 / Enneagram Personality Testing / Other (Poll)

i was thinking of the different threads on this general topic.
i found 3, there may be more. (my interest in these tests is, “passing.”)

i just saw this blurb, below, ‘thought i’d add the link to the mix. :)
interesting that 3 different members chose “Other” as category.

Most or all of this drama, humiliation, wasted taxpayer money could be spared -
with even modest attempt at presenting balanced facts from the start.

Not being a professional periodical of psychology, I would hazard that it is written for people who view psychology and psychiatry as a hobby which is not a good idea. A worse idea is to self diagnose.

I like Robert Rohm's descriptions of Biblical personalities.

I've found both the Myers-Briggs and DISC assessments helpful. We did the Myers-Briggs with our teenagers and the insight was interesting. I've consistently been ENFP and I married an ISTJ.

I'm a high I secondary D on DISC.

I've found both most helpful in team building and relationship awareness.

Anabaptist (with various names/titles since the first century)
traits (changed a lot?) >

"Early Church

The early church did not swear allegiance to any other kingdom, did not go to war, did not sue their enemies, did not allow divorce and remarriage, did not seek after wealth. The men were the head of the home and wore beards. The women learned to submit, dressed modestly and covered their heads. They did not worry about doctrines of theology; they believed Christ and followed him. They were not a denomination; they were simply people who came out of the world and FOLLOWED Jesus "
