Start out with a good grapefruit and you do not even need the sugar.

miss emmalynn beth arrived today.
safe and sound.
it sure was fun watching my brother and sis in law meet their first grandchild.

the magic number is 7. the 2nd magic number is 60. no wonder i was having troubles staying awake today. i made the comment, if i'm having this much trouble, i hate to think what time change will do to me. but it might not be an issue with that much pred in me by that time.

I'm so tired all the time that I have no idea what time change does to me. I just know what the effect of TMB's seems to have had on me. I'm at the point where upside down and downside up are the same when we consider numbers.
