Red Light Therapy?

Post by Neto »

Just heard of this recently. (Well, my wife heard of it, and mentioned it to me.)
Anyone have any experiences to share?

I looked into it a year or so ago for Dad, as a treatment for Parkinson's. My conclusion was that it's basically snake oil. Lots of marketing hype, no scientific basis.

There may be benefits to white light therapy, however. But there's no need to buy an expensive unit dedicated to the purpose.
